I am Importing contacts with following headers

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Account Name
  4. Account Relationship
  5. Phone
  6. Email
  7. Followup Type
  8. Assigned To
  9. Address City

I can’t map two headers against fields Account relationship & Phone

In field column there is no options in drop down menu

Kindly unmapped those filed from studio and then try to import

Studio>Contacts>3 dotts>un tick mapping and save it

Yes, as @rahul.rafaliya Sir mentioned, kindly uncheck the mapping (if applied) and then check it again. Ensure the Importable option is set to “Yes” for the specific field to make it visible in the import mapping.

Sir, You need to remove mapping to enable the importable property

Uncheck the Mapping and then check.

After importing, you can again set the mapping.
