check in option not visible while saving the ticket.
1 ticket raised earlier we could see the check in option

Could you please specify the user for whom the option is not visible? Additionally, please share the ticket link.

The “Check-in” option is not visible on the other tickets because you have already checked in to the ticket mentioned below:

Kindly, please check out the above ticket, and you should then be able to check in to the other tickets.
i have multiple ticket simultaneously opened , as a result i need multiple check ins
You cannot check in on multiple tickets at the same time, ma’am.
