@Ishani.lad We have created a workflow on Activity module. where in I want to track. if the record owner exceeds the time link of the activity and its status is not completed that user should be notified over a mail using mail alert function of workflow.

Mam, aapke screenshot ke hisab se 2 condition AEK sathe fulfill hogi to ye work flow work karega.
Also work flow banne ne ke bad jo new records create and update honge uske uppar work karega.
Agar purane record me koi change nahi hoga to workflow mail fire nahi karega.
