The username does not push from CRM to tally. It will handled by tally itself.

As discussed, we currently do not have access to identify which user is using Tally, and on the CRM side, we are not pushing any user-related data. Therefore, we are unable to manage this from the CRM level. Kindly reach out to the Tally team for further assistance.
