Like we’re able to schedule send an email, would be great to have a scheduled send on WhatsApp. So say I am busy at a particular time, my whatsapp message still goes to the client.

We can schedule campaign for the same if you have any integration done or else we without integration also we can schedule the campaign and use default whastapp automation process to send the messages

For that, you will have to create a Campaign as usual and select the WhatsApp Template.
Once the Campaign is created, you will see the list in the WhatsApp module in Sangam CRM. You can then send them by clicking on the play button from the top, as shown below
I am talking about a specific scheduled whatsapp message to a specific lead/contact and not a campaign. I want to get away with creating a template, tagging and campaign to schedule the message to a single individual.
