CRM doesn’t accept special characters like + and ’ sign in the number field which is totally understandable but since excel cannot just add + sign before number because it will change the complete number after just adding + sign so need to add ’ sign to keep it unchanged.
We can upload just upload numbers with country code in CRM but again need manual exercise to add + sign in front of all numbers uploaded one by one and the platform is so slow it consumes so many hours just for few actions. That’s a major problem faced by many users Speed and this manual work causes it can not upload right format of the number and thus not possible to send sms or whatsapp or if there is any mass update to add + sign to all numbers would also be a great option to avoid manual inputs.

Hi @indarxiaolu, as I replied to your another post.
There is very simple trick to overcome this challenge.
When you are preparing the excel sheet for importing the data in CRM, change the number format of those cell to “text”
This way + sign will be retained along with country code and you can easily import it in your CRM.
Imported numbers will have + sign with country code and then you will be able to send the whatsapp messages seamlessly.
