First of all, you want Galla Box API for Whatsapp Integration. then we can work for Automation. So did you have Whatsapp Galla Box API?
This is for my customer, I was checking if Whatsapp is possible without Gallabox like Email to Ticket.

No Sir, Without Gallbox or Interekt (API Services) it’s not possible. but you create a web form connect with API then its possible.
