Whatsapp and Email Campaign Issue

Hello team,
I am doing a campaign from Sangam CRM using both email and WhatsApp. Email is not sent from my user email ID and it is going through the default email id. As for WhatsApp, I am using Google Pixel, but it keeps on crashing. I have attached the screenshot.

For the email not sending issue, could you please verify whether you are using SMTP or SendGrid? If you are using SMTP, emails will be sent through the centralized configuration set in your Admin panel.

Regarding WhatsApp, I request you to restart your device and check if the issue persists.
