What is the difference between First Name, Last Name & Contact Name in the Inquiry model?

Hello Sir,
In your case, the First Name and Last Name fields are specifically for the Lead module (Enquiry module).
The Contact Name field is used for the related contact linked with that particular lead.

May I know why you require this? Could you please explain your use case? Generally, the First Name and Last Name fields are meant to be added when creating a new record.
For example, in the Leads module, if I am creating a new lead with the name John Williams, then I would enter John as the First Name and Williams as the Last Name.
Based on your requirement, it seems you are looking to search from existing records. Could you please confirm?
