Urgent: Leads are Not Coming From TradeIndia

Dear Team,

One of our customers has integrated TradeIndia with their CRM instance. For the last few months, new leads have stopped syncing into the CRM.

The customer reached out to the TradeIndia team, who confirmed there is no issue on their API side. When I reviewed the TradeIndia integration on our end, the connector displays the following error:

Please look into the issue and resolve it at earliest.

Hello Sir,

Could you please explain the issue in detail? For example, are you facing the concern while fetching leads from TradeIndia? If you can see the leads in TradeIndia but they are not fetched into the CRM, kindly check your credentials once.

Also, please note that if you continuously click on TEST API, it will show an error, as it is scheduled to run every 5 minutes.

Dear Madam,

Firstly, we didn’t TEST API in CRM before. When leads are not coming to CRM, we again put API with user id, profile id & key. Then we just click one time to test the API.
Secondly, leads are showing into the TradeIndia Portal. Moreover, I didn’t understand where to put credential (probably Id & pasword) of TradeIndia in CRM as you asked me to check.

Please look into the issues from your end as there is no issue from my side.
