One of my customers is facing a challenge in the Attendance module, detailed below:
When users perform Clock-In and Clock-Out from the Sangam CRM mobile app, their location is successfully tracked and displayed in the attendance module of the mobile app. However, the location details are not being reflected on the web version of the CRM.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent, as the customer is concerned about losing valuable attendance location data. This issue had occurred last year as well and was resolved from your end, but unfortunately, the location data from that period was not retrievable as it was not stored.
