Updates notification to Admin in not available

Hello Team, I as an admin user. I do not come to know about any updates from my team when they add latest comments to their leads. Isn’t there any way to know instead of asking them personally what update have you done and ask them to send a separate report to me is a double work. Can there be a notification on dashboard where all it is updated can show the count and I can just see those out of all?

Yes, Please Enable Notification from - Admin - Studio -

Just check on it as per the screenshot.

Sir this is very basic notification when something new lead or new ticket or new opportunities added. Ye sub already ON hai, I am talking about internal updates Jaise ki Comments update hua, Koi new attachments add hue, out of 1000 leads it is not easy to track every entry to check where is the new update and the software itself so slow to open on lead it takes more than 15 seconds so for 1000s of leads will take months and I need to know everyday ki kaha kuch update ho raha hai. Kuch kaam ho raha hai bhi ki khali naam ke liye job par aate hai.

  1. Report ==> Please Create Report as per Required Fields and Check it Regulorly and Schedule it if required.
  2. Set Email Workflow, and Get mail Alert as per your Required Fields.

Sanket ji this does not solve my problem. Ye wahi same chij hai. Puri report nahi chahiye mujhe. Mujhe sirf wahi chij chahiye jiska koi new update hua hai. New attachement , Ya new comment added, Ya new follow up date change hui hai etc. Puri CRM list nahi chahiye. I want to stay updated with the latest update. Pure 1000 list me nahi dekh sakta baar baar.

Sir, Just Select or apply filter on Field Udpated at :

and Set condition.

then set Required fields.
