Unable to Update Tags using Import option

Hi @Aakanksha mam

As per a Telephonic Discussion in one of my client CRM, I was unable to update Tags using the Excel Import Option getting an Opp’s Error.

My Data is available in this format in Excel.

Id Account Name Tag

Hello Sir,

Through import, you can add new tags to a record on update, but it does not completely replace the existing tags.

For example:
If a record currently has the tag Test-1 and during import, you add Test-2 in the sheet, the record will now have both Test-1 and Test-2 instead of replacing Test-1.

Please let me know if you have any doubts or further concerns.

Yes Sir, you can follow the process of removing existing tags and then importing.
