I have successfully configured email via admin login and I am already sending automatic reports and other auto generated emails from that address.
But when I try to configure my other user, it is showing error as invalid credentials even though authenticated SMTP is turned ON & MFA is disabled.
Sir, could you please verify whether you have used App password as Mail Password?
MAIL PASSWORD was entered as MFA is already disabled.
Sir, the SMTP access may not be provided to the user. Please check with the Microsoft administrator account and verify the SMTP access. For further guidance, follow the steps provided in the document.

SMTP access is already given to user, please check the attached screenshot for your reference. Please provide solution at the earliest.
Issue resolved, some exhange rule was blocking outgoing emails for newly created user. Went to rules and added exception to this user, now emails are getting sent from CRM for this user.
