I use WhatsApp templates frequently for follow up. It is a great way to send value content but there’s no way to add new templates using the mobile app. There should be an additional button while choosing a template to be able to add a new one and we should be able to use that template again in the future without a chance to forget and creating it on the web version.
Yes Sir, currently this is not possible. We will discuss this internally and consider it in our future roadmap.
For now, we can only create template from web application and then use it in mobile app
