Tagging Issue in CRM – Request for Resolution

Dear Team,

We have observed an issue with the tagging functionality.

When a customer tags any contact, the tag is automatically copied to related records such as Leads, Accounts, Tickets, and Opportunities. We request you to kindly investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.

Hello Sir,

While applying the tag, the system checks related records based on phone number and email. Since your phone number is the same, the tag got applied to all those records.
This is the default functionality for applying and removing tags.
