Dear Team,
We are in the process of implementing Sangam CRM for one of our customers as part of a new deployment. However, we are facing critical issues while trying to create custom fields in the system. The issues are as follows:
- When creating a select (dropdown) field and entering values, the dropdown appears blank.
- After saving the field, it does not show up in the list of available fields in the respective module.
- Once saved, the dropdown values get cleared, leading to incorrect or broken relationships.

We have been encountering this issue for the past one hour, and it is impacting the initial configuration and delivery timeline for our customer. We request you to kindly look into this on priority and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
