We had highlighted this issue earlier on March 01st — the advanced filter is not working on the mobile app. At that time, you provided a temporary workaround, suggesting that any field used in the advanced search condition should not appear in the list. You also mentioned that the issue would be resolved in the next release.
However, since yesterday, the advanced filter has again stopped working. When we try to use any dropdown field in the search, we receive the following error: “Error 500: Internal Server Error.”
Our CEO is currently out of station meeting a few prospects and is unable to retrieve the required information due to this issue. We’ve attached a video for your reference.

We have fixed the same, however the deployment for the same is scheduled for 28/29th of this month.Please let me know if it is quite critical or urgent hampering the process that requires immediate fixes , we shall plan the same and let you know.
It is always necessary because a large amount of data is stored in the CRM. Whenever the CEO visits an outstation location, he uses advanced filters to retrieve accurate data. The last two outstation visits were unproductive due to this issue.
The feature is not working as expected. I have a total of 56 options in a single picklist selection, but on the mobile app, it only displays one option.
