When my team assigns a ticket to me, I will work on it. While I’m still working on it, I will update the status to “In Progress.” Once it’s completed, I will update the status to “Closed.”
However, after completing the status update, it still reflects as “In Progress.” When I open the ticket and edit the status to “Closed,” it doesn’t seem to update correctly.
According to the screenshots attached, on OPR you are analyzing on Activity module, but you have marked the status as closed in the tickets module, please verify in the tickets module and let us know.
