Status issue (still in-progess)

Hello Team,

When my team assigns a ticket to me, I will work on it. While I’m still working on it, I will update the status to “In Progress.” Once it’s completed, I will update the status to “Closed.”

However, after completing the status update, it still reflects as “In Progress.” When I open the ticket and edit the status to “Closed,” it doesn’t seem to update correctly.

  2. In-progress ticket
  3. Completed but still reflecting as “In Progress”

Hello, Sir you are checking data count and status of two different modules (Ticket and Activity)

According to the screenshots attached, on OPR you are analyzing on Activity module, but you have marked the status as closed in the tickets module, please verify in the tickets module and let us know.

Activities have to update each and every moment before closing the ticket. Also, will update “in progress” status

After the closing the ticket. still “in pending” status.

Is there any update on this

Yes. we can use. whenever assign the activities we can do as check-in and check out.

I recommend using our check-in/check-out feature to manage activities more effectively.
Here’s how it works:

  • When you check in on any ticket, an activity will be automatically created with the status “In Process.”
  • Upon checking out, the activity will be marked as “Completed” automatically.

This process eliminates the need to manually update activities. Simply check in on a ticket when you begin work and check out once you’re done.

Sir, in below image 3 Activities are in Process not the Tickets. “Naresh M” is an activity which is related to these three tickets.

Please check the ticket count from our OPR dashboard to identify which tickets are ‘In Process’ or ‘Closed’.

It’s showing as “Completed” status
