The web portal https://bcsl.sangamcrm.com/ works slow, how can the performance be improved?

Hello Sir,

Could you please confirm during which action or at what specific time the slowdown occurs?

  1. login to dashboard = it takes 16 ~ 26 sec
  2. To show the list of leads = it took 4 ~ 8 sec
  3. Other screens are taking 3~4 sec, that is still ok.

As shown in the attached video, logging in to the dashboard takes only 2 to 3 seconds.

Kindly let us know if any specific user is experiencing slowness. Otherwise, we recommend switching to a different network and trying again.
