Hello sir,

Currently it is not possible to add flex relate field in project task module, we can directly create relationship and relate to those records.

As flex relate field is limited to some modules only namely: Call, Task (Activity), Message, Email, Attachments, Email-Events.

Thanks for highlighting this point.
