Regarding OTP Base Authentication SMS and Email both

I want the Setup Information for OTP Base Authentication via SMS and Email. For Ticket Closing and Status Update.

I want to activate this feature with e-mail base OTP.

Sangam CRM has a feature of sending OTP on SMS (SMS Configuration required) if a user tries to close the ticket, OTP will be sent to the customer and the user needs to add the OTP while closing the ticket.

You can enable it using the below steps.

Admin >> Studio >> Click on the Enable Feature option against the Ticket module. >> Enbale OTP Authentication Option

Once you enable the Ticket module for OTP Authentication Please go to

Admin >> OTP Authentication >> Create

  • Select modules >> Select Ticket Module
  • Select field >> Select Status Field (Choose based on your requirement)
  • Send OTP ON >> Select Closed (Choose based on your requirement)
  • Without OTP >> In certain cases where a network issue is there so OTP won’t received at the customer end in the case user can choose Close ticket without OTP, if user select it then the selected status will be auto-set on a ticket (Generally Close Request)
  • Exclude users >> Select Set of users where this rule is not required.
  • OTP Status >> Set as Active
