Sangam CRM has a feature of sending OTP on SMS (SMS Configuration required) if a user tries to close the ticket, OTP will be sent to the customer and the user needs to add the OTP while closing the ticket.
You can enable it using the below steps.
Admin >> Studio >> Click on the Enable Feature option against the Ticket module. >> Enbale OTP Authentication Option
Once you enable the Ticket module for OTP Authentication Please go to
Admin >> OTP Authentication >> Create
