I understand for PMS ticket generation we need to select “Product” in settings
as well as need to have on product associated in Contract
How we generate PMS ticket for general AMC based contract like a Computer
hardware supplier takes AMC contract for one company? here as such there is no
product of their own? and still PMS tickets are required or we need to create one dummy product as “AMC Products” how to handle such requirements?
Also if say its 12 months contract, can user select dates for PMS tickets and to whom this ticket will be assigned?
