Issue:
The attachemnts of pictures clicked during attendence check in and check out are not visible in mobile app for admin to see.
Where as it is available as attachments in web version.
Steps:
Go to attendance
Click any employee from list
In detailed view below in attachement two files are shown in web version.
These files are chexk in and check out images.
In mobile
If we go to attendance and them select an employee then his attendance images are not visible.
Earlier it was visible in related tab as links.
Now it is not there.
Could you please share a user record for reference, As we checked with the CRM URL you shared, the captured image during attendance marking is displayed properly on both web and mobile. However, we noticed that some users capture dark black images, while others capture proper selfies.
Have you encountered this issue with a specific user login, or is it affecting all users who cannot see their attendance mark time in the attachment.
The attachment module is not visible because it is hidden in the specific user profile. As a result, the user is unable to access the attachment module. Kindly verify this by navigating to:
Web CRM Admin → User Management → Edit User Profile → Advanced Tab.
@shailyji Sir, as per the above steps, kindly move the required module to the display module section. Then, log out from the app, check the same, and update us.
