You will have to check map setting from Admin-Studio-Enquiry/lead and check the required fields are map to contacts.
mam by default this fields are mapped with Contact. So Please check after contact Selection, and then you want to reflect its based on company Selection please Go to - admin - Studio - Lead - Click on 3 Dots of same Phone and email id (One by one) - Clieck edit property.
Select Company_id from Map Module Filed. and Save it.

@sneha Mam, Please check and confirm whether it is working as expected.
We have multiple properties for a field that can be configured from the Studio. As mentioned by others, you need to apply mapping to your fields.
Note: Ensure that the phone and email fields in the parent record have values for them to reflect correctly in the child record.
