Overdue Activity on a Time Basis is possible or not?

if the Date is Today and the Time is Lapsed then That Activity or Followup will Show in Over Due in OPR, Is it possible?

Yes, that is possible to view on Open dashboard. You can either view it directly from the Open Dashboard => Activities Card. Or even better, you can view all overdues be it activites, leads, opportunities etc from Over Due card in Open Dashoard. Refer to below image for your reference.

Mam ye Date ke hisab se Over Due Display karta hai mujhe time Base par Over due display karna hai.

Customer ne Bola 10 Nov 2024 ko Morning 10 Baje call karo.

Employee ne Call kiya (As per Date Over due me hai) 10 baje.

but customer ne bola samko 5 baje (aaj hi ke din 10 Nov 2024) call karo.

to isme Sirf Time change hoga Date nahi. to ye mujhe 5 pm par hi Overdue me aaye ya us time ka Primery Grouping display kare aisa karna hai to kya karna padega.

Currently, it is not possible to display overdue tasks and due today based on time.

For the scenario you mentioned, we can use the follow-up notification feature. This will allow us to receive a notification at the appropriate time and take action accordingly.

@Aayush @Bhoomi but is it possible to give mail alert. if they exceed the time limit ??

It is possible, but not recommended as there would be a mail for every overdue record which is not feasible. Let say you have a team of 10 members, each member is working on leads and opportunities.

If each member on an average follow ups on 10 leads and opportunities and on an approx 2 goes in overdue then also there will be 20 mails at least that will be received.

These mail notifications may not be effective as they are not actionable on real time. You get a notification from CRM at the time when the activity is due, you can rely on those notifications if the time based action is required.

@Bhoomi definitely I agree with your statement. but the thing is they are not expecting reminders for. lead and opp.

They have given activity to team and that is 15 min task. and if the person who is been assigned with the same is spending 2 hrs on that activity it is difficult to track as the senior authority also has their priorities and can not keep and eye if the task is done on time or not

so they want mail notification on activity module >> based on expected time limit.

if they exceed that time limit they should be notified with email

@Skytech for activities, there is no direct reference to its related mail id which can be used to trigger the emails. So for now, this cannot be achieved. If its required for analysis purpose, I suggest you create a workflow to capture the delayed activities and use this field in report.
