Number of clients showing different on each users

We have created clients on our login but every users users login showing different number of clients on every user’s dashboard. need to know the reasons for that.

Could you please share a video or some screenshots of your query, specifically showing where you have created clients and the number that is displayed differently on the dashboard?

It’s work on the based of Assign to
you can cross check once, if you have assign the particular record to particular users then it’s shows user’s “My Dashboard” not shows total count

Sir,

Please ensure that the dashboard settings are same across all shared users.

  • If you select My Dashboard, you will see only the client count assigned to you
  • If you select My Team Dashboard, it will display the total client count for your entire team.
