when we select Company name, phone and email id, it is not fetching

Have you applied the mapping? If so, could you please share some screenshots of it to help us understand your case better?
Please make sure that you have mapped the Phone Field in the Ticket module with the Phone Field in the Account module in the Studio when you edit the property.

Base Default Ticket Module me Contact Select karne par Contact ka Phone and Email id aayega. , So aap 1st Contact Name select kariye, and check kariye ke chalega, ya aapko Company (Account) Se Phone - email map karna hai?
