Need help in calculation of Employee Cost

Want to calculate the Cost of the Employees.
Lets assume that Per Hour Employee Cost is 100rs. Then how should i build employee cost which give me a value in total cost.
We are trying to set some formulas but its not working. Request you to please guide for the same.

Please Go to : Admin ==> Studio ==> User Module .

Please Add One Field from Side if not added. Like.

Employee Cost per Hours.

Add Emplyee Cost in His/her User level Record Like Per Hrs Charges.
