My team is not able to login on mobile application of CRM

Hello team,

Despite giving the proper login credentials to my team, they are not able to login on their phone, they can access the web version but couldn’t login on their phone.

Hello Sir,

Could you kindly confirm whether you are using an email or username as the credential for mobile login? If you are using an email as the username, please ensure that the same email is entered in the email field.

For example, if your username is sample@gmail.com, kindly use sample@gmail.com in the email field as well.
