Mobile battery drain out

Hello Team

When Engineer is doing CheckIn/CheckOut from mobile while using Ticket module, once he do checkin and if he is there onsite for 2-3hrs his battery drains out very fast, it seems some background process is going on after checkin

how can we solve this?

Please check if the engineers are keeping the GPS turned on continuously, as it can lead to higher battery consumption.

We recommend enabling GPS only during Check-In and Check-Out actions.
