We used free crm and added our team members data but while logging in using app its showing 401 error kindly check the issue
Please Check Again Right User Name or Email id as Login ID.
Also, Check Password.
and Right URL.

ok sir but I am able to login as admin in the admin dashboard but the users that i created through the add users option are unable to login through mobile app

Are the users you created able to log in from the web?
If not, please check whether the passwords and usernames are correct. If they are correct, ensure that the application is using the correct password and URL while login from mobile.

Also try one time
Please change password and try again.
Check right user or email id.
AEK bar password change karke try kariye.
Or try to share one demo user name, password and URL.
