Issue with Free CRM Registration - OTP Page Not Opening

I recently registered for the Free CRM on your website. After filling in all the required details and submitting the form, I received the OTP on my email. However, the page to enter the OTP does not open. Instead, it redirects back to the registration page.

I believe this might be a bug. Please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.
