I wish to have a person-wise checkin checkout report for every field person. The report should be available in calendar format.
This means, I will select the person, select the period and the system should show date-wise time slots occupied by checkin checkout which will give me the clarity on the idle time spent by that person.

Apply below filter(select user as per your choice):
And add start date and duration readable field on report list and apply grouping on start date :
In the above screenshot, you can see the activities of the user Sameer on 2nd January, including the start date and duration. From this information, you can measure the idle time of that particular user.
