I have an data of my customer so i want to import it in to Sangam CRM can you please guide me in that.
Hi, Ma’am. Please download the Import template from the product master module. and fill it data into relavant column. then upload it in to crm.

For import, please click on the Import option in the module where you want to upload your data.
Then, follow the steps as shown below:
it will redirect you to import page and from there you can upload file and proceed to next step.
