I cleared all emails in inbox still showing inbox full

Ye sangam CRM ka inbox full huya hai, aapka nahi.

Ye mail mereko bhi aaya hai.

I set up workflow for project task module only subject of email are sending not the content ,I again make new template but still it only sendng subject to email

Mam problem is in a template, not in system so please check template structure and personalized fields
