I am Looking for Recurring Task Solution in CA CRM

@Ishani.lad I am facing one issue in CA CRM
If I create Job task in CA CRM and make it recurrence. >> it creates the recurrence task as time sheets

but my customer. expects that if he creates the job task >> when he gets that recurring task it should come up as job task only instead of time sheet.

and this is the only case with CA CRM because when in my basic CRM I create recurrence it gives me option to choose module where this recurring task should appear.

please help at earliest

As discussed, Mam, if you create a Recurrence from Job Tasks, it will generate only a Job Tasks record. I hope this resolves your query.
