How to track customer cold calling campaign via SangamCRM?

Recently we have started calling campaign where me & my teams members are calling 10-15 customers everyday. Some of these people are prospects which we have found via Exhibitions / Indiamart whom we are cold calling and remaining are our old lost customers or those who inquire but never bought from us.

Problem I am facing is that I am not able to manage this campaign as which user has completed number of calls target given to him everyday, have they updated details of discussion in CRM, after 1st call done we want to call him again after few weeks time as a reminder to 1st discussion. How do we do that? Kindly suggest the solution for this.

We are not using Synapse at present.

Sir, it’s a very simple process.

First, set a few fields such as Call/Lead Type to Hot, Warm, or Cold.

When your employee calls the customer and has a conversation, they should update the lead as follows:

  • Lead Status: In Process
  • Lead Type: Cold (or as appropriate)
  • Comment Field: Write a brief summary of the discussion
  • Next Follow-Up Date: Set as needed

On the next follow-up date, this lead will automatically appear under “Due Today” on the OPR Dashboard.
That day, the employee can call the customer again—but before calling, they should always read the previous comment history for context.

I have one more query, when should we convert the lead to contact & account so the data will be available in CRM in properly organized format of relationship, type, designation etc?

I mean, Lets say after 2-3 calls there is no response from prospect what next action shall be taken on that lead?
