how to create dependency on lead section

i want to update customer status after every call depend customer requirement like in customer lost so reason of lost

Sir,
The Lost Reason field, along with its dependency, is already available in the system. However, for it to appear automatically, you need to set the Lead Status to “Dead”.
Please follow these steps to enable this:

Add the Lost Reason Field to Layout:
- Go to Admin → Studio.
- Click on the Lead Module.
- Drag the Lost Reason field from the sidebar to the required Edit and Details view layouts.
- Save the changes.

Configure Field-Level Dependency:
- Once the above step is completed, go back to Admin → Studio.
- Click on the three dots (options) beside the Lead Module.
- Select Dependency, then configure the field-level dependency as needed.
