How to filter opportunities by multiple stages / How to use advance search option

I am trying to filter the opportunities based on stages but I want to select 3 stages at a time and I want to see all the opportunities which are in those 3 stages only. For example, I’d like to filter and see “Qualification Done,” “Negotiation,” and “Quotation Sent” together in the Opportunities List module.
Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible!

You can filter and see the list of all opportunities that are in the “Qualification Done,” “Negotiation,” or “Quotation Sent” stages together in the list view.

Here’s how you can achieve this using the Advanced Filter:

  1. Open the Opportunities List View.
  2. Click on the Search icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. This will open the Advanced Search popup.
  4. Click on Select Field and search for the Sales Stage field.
  5. In the next field, change the filter option from “Is” to “Is One Of”.
  6. In the next field, you can now multi-select the stages “Qualification Done,” “Negotiation,” and “Quotation Sent.”
  7. Click the Search button in the right corner to apply the filter.

Important Tip:
If you plan to use this filter often, you can save the search criteria:

  • On the left side, you’ll find an option to Save this Advanced Search for future use.
  • Enter a name for this filter, and click Save and Search.
  • The next time you open the Opportunities List View, you’ll see your saved filter in the upper-right corner, ready for quick selection.
