i have enabled the authorized signature option through quotation setting but how to make the signature visible in the quotation

Hello Sir,

After enabling the Digital Signature option in the Quotation Configuration, you have to upload the signature in your profile. (Profile > Attachment Subpanel). The uploaded signature will then appear in the generated PDF.

Sir, here are the necessary steps to obtain a digital signature on the quotation PDF:

  1. Go to Quotation Configuration and enable the option to show the digital signature.
  2. Upload your signature in the Attachments section of your profile. Accepted file formats include PNG, JPG, and JPEG (any image-related extension) for the signature.

For your situation, please verify the file extension of the uploaded image.
