How can I Import the data in Sangam CRM?

We have good Features for Import data in SANGAM CRM.

Just open that module where you can import data.

Click on import Button - Download Template - Also download Drop-down List template - fill data as required in temple and match Dropdown values from its own template. Remove extra columns, Keep and fill Mandatory Data in Respect column as per your Structure. Upload this file, mapping fielda And follow some steps next next etc. save it.

What to do if i don’t find the field in the mapping and its available in studio?

Please go to Admin - studio - select module - click on that 3 dots of same field - edit property - Select / Tick mark Importable Yes save it and return above process.
