I am facing an issue with the reports. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
Currently, I am taking daily Leads and Tickets reports of my team. We are handling multiple products such as Tally, TSS, Cloud , etc. However, the report is displaying only those products for which leads were generated on that particular day.
My requirement is to view the entire product list in the report , irrespective of whether a lead or ticket was generated for a specific product. If no lead is available for a product on that day, it should be displayed with a zero (0) value instead of being omitted.
Additionally, I would like to know if it is possible to view Leads and Tickets together on a single screen for easier tracking.
Kindly guide us on whether these requirements can be configured or implemented.
