@rahul.rafaliya - Please check both crm dashboard type. Like My dashboard, My Team Dashboard
@Vishal.Dake i have check this in web list view
and in Mobile I have selected all users
then also getting count mismatch
Hello @rahul.rafaliya sir,
I want to clarify that the Open Dashboard count should not be directly compared with the ListView count. This is because the Open Dashboard applies specific conditions for certain modules, while the List View displays all data. For example, in the Contract module, the Open Dashboard filters contracts where the status is “Inactive” and the “Current AMC” field value is set to 1.
For inactive contracts, the “Current AMC” value is always 0. However, due to incorrect data updates on your end, the count is showing as 3. It appears that the “Current AMC” field value for expired contracts was manually updated to 1, which is invalid.
As per the Contract module flow, the Open Dashboard count for expired contracts should be 0 in this case.
To resolve this issue, please update the “Current AMC” field value to 0 for all expired contracts. Additionally, ensure that this field is displayed on the Result Dashboard. Once corrected, you will get the accurate count of expired contracts.
Hello Team,
As per given instraction i have update “Current AMC” = 0 = Yes
Then it’s showing in dashboard 5 count insted of 14 can you check once?
Hello Team,
I have did bulk action for update the “Current AMC” = Yes
but it’s showing in change log but showing blank in indetailed view
Hello sir,
After setting the field in the Result Dashboard, you can view the exact count of expired contracts.
The same count is reflected in the List View:
As discussed earlier, you can now follow up on the expired contracts directly from the Result Dashboard.
Let me know if you need further modifications!
Hello Team,
This is not a correct resolutions
Kindly check date which you have selected in Result Dashboard
You have slected Date full year and getting that resulte insted of today or this month that is incorrect
I am intrested to know that why we have some dependency on “Current AMC” field Why it’s automatically update?
I think as per our flow our open dashboard count should not dependent on “Current AMC” field
Hello Sir,
Instead of directly using expired contracts for follow-ups, we recommend utilizing the Contract Automation feature. This feature streamlines the process by automatically creating opportunities before a contract expires.
These opportunities will appear on your Open Dashboard, making it easier to manage and follow up on them efficiently.
To configure this feature, please access the Admin Panel and follow the steps provided in the video guide linked below for better understanding:

Thank you for the update.
I’m pleased that you found an alternative that worked effectively.
But, the Contract Automation feature is specifically designed to monitor and follow up on contracts nearing expiration.
So, If you encounter any challenges with your alternative solution, I recommend reviewing this video for further guidance.
