Facing issue while enabling Print Format features

Hello Sir/Madam,

Earlier, I was using the print format feature easily, but from a couple of days, I’m facing some issue. I’m not been able to enable the option from studio → ticket → by clicking the briefcase icon → enable print format option.

Also, I have set “Set Default Print Format” checked and not able to select Target Module in the Edit Mode under Ticket Print Format template.
