When we add additional product details through Product Extra 1 and 2, it doesn’t get printed in quotation. Terms and HSN_SAC get printed if they are entered at the same time.
Also, If I need extra details in additional column , is that possible?
Also, please check the Product Code and Part Code that are Not Printed in Quotation Format.

No, sir, extra columns cannot be added to the PDF as it has a fixed format. Fields like Product Extra 1 and 2 will also not appear, as it is fixed format

We can add extra 1 and 2 after HSN. In that case the format need not change.

Please add ‘Extra 1’ and ‘Extra 2’ to the product description and it will show them above the HSN section in the PDF

Use case is, Product description is big and it is needed. Product Extra 1 and 2 used for code given by customer in RFQ.
e.g. Our product code code is X but customer’s RFQ identifies that product as Y. It can be different for different customers.
