Experiencing upload ensuring issues with the CRM system

I’m experiencing some issues with the CRM system and need your assistance:

  1. Private Leads Visibility: I uploaded 9 leads, but they were assigned to all users privately. As an admin, I can’t see these leads in the total list, even after refreshing and logging in multiple times. Can you explain why this is happening and how to fix it?
  2. Verifying Uploads: I need a reliable way to verify recent uploads. Currently, I have to check each user’s list individually, which is very time-consuming and inefficient. It takes a significant amount of time just to load each list, and verifying them one by one could take up to 10 days for all users. This process is not feasible.

Is there a better solution for this? How can I ensure that all leads are correctly uploaded and easily accessible for verification?

All private users can see their leads but me as an admin I can’t find them in total list.
