Emails to sangamnotification@gmail.com & aakankshas.enjay@gmail.com are bouncing

CRM is sending lots of emails due to my workflow to system created users “sangamnotification@gmail.com” and “aakankshas.enjay@gmail.com”. Emails to both these email ids are bouncing hence my inbox is getting full and cluttered.

I am also not able to view / edit the user profile of these 2 users (Automation and system administrator) hence need support.
