As per the screenshot provided, the customer’s emails are not being sent successfully. Despite configuring the email settings twice, the issue persists—emails are only partially sent before failing. The emails are being sent through the contact or company module.

Additionally, you can check the same while opening one “not sent” email detail view, and scroll down to the table in which you can get the fail log column, from there you can get the exact reason why the email had not been sent!
