Sir, Could you please share a specific record where the workflow did not work for our reference? Upon checking a few records, it appears to be working as expected.
Sir, Please ensure that the record has an email ID, as the workflow is configured to send emails to the recipient’s email address, which appears to be empty in your case.
It is working now.I have added the email field to edit view,it auto fetches the mail as i select contact.Thank you.
